Intoxicated Driver Apprehended After Single Vehicle CrashCONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER On November 15, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18900 block of Barry Lane in reference to a single vehicle crash. The driver was identified as Demario Samuel, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. "Demario Samuel was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 9." - Constable Mark Herman
