SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR HIS SECOND OFFENSE OF DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
On September 11, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 21100 block of Grandin Wood Court for failing to drive in a single lane. The driver was identified as David Holden, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed he had a previous DWI conviction on his record.
"David Holden was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with his second offense of Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 14." - Constable Mark Herman
