On March 9, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19800 block of Kenswick Drive in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon deputies arriving, it was discovered that the at fault driver fled the scene.
 
Constable Deputies located the suspect nearby and the driver was apprehended and identified as Noah Soto.
"Noah Soto was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 8." - Constable Mark Herman
