Burning man discovered 11/6/2022
Can you help Harris County Forensics identify this man? The decedent was found in a burning vehicle that was heavily damaged and not immediately recognizable for make and model.
They have several visible tattoos including the word “Ponce” on the upper right chest (see photo below), a skeletal grim reaper on the left forearm (see photo below) and a design on the right forearm.
