Constable Arrest Two Suspects for Breaking into Vehicles
On October 22, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 20800 block of Kings Preserve Court in reference to an in-progress Burglary of a Motor Vehicle call where a male was observed breaking into a motor vehicle and stealing property.
Upon deputies arriving, two male suspects immediately fled the scene on foot.
After a brief foot pursuit, deputies were able to apprehend and identify the suspects as Chandler Taylor and Kaleb Garza, who was found to be in possession of stolen property.
The stolen property was recovered and will be returned to the owners.
"Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest. Kaleb Garza was also charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. His total bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 02. Chandler Taylor received a $100.00 bond out of County Court 02." - Constable Mark Herman
