Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Fail to Stop and Render Aid.
On December 22, 2017, at 4:49 a.m., a victim was found unconscious underneath an exit ramp located in the 10000 block of the Eastex Freeway Service Road, Houston, Texas. The victim riding a bicycle and was thrown from the bike. As a result of this incident, the victim sustained multiple broken bones, internal bleeding, and is listed in critical condition.
