On August 2, 2017, Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to Cypresswood Drive and FM 1960 in Humble in regards to a weapons disturbance. The complainants and witnesses reported that a black male suspect was driving erratically by running stop signs and cutting the complainants off. The complainants honked their horn at the suspect who then pulled up next to them and made threatening gestures by pointing a black, semi-automatic handgun at them.
Constable Deputies were able to locate and identify the suspect as Justin Wooden (18, Cypress). During the investigation a loaded handgun was found inside of his vehicle.
“Justin Wooden was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault. His bond was set at $30,000.00 out of the 176th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
