A 29-year-old Humble man is now in custody after PCT 4 Investigators found him to be the suspect seen on security footage fondling himself outside of a victim's home.
On March 5, 2017, PCT 4 Constable Deputies responded to the 7000 block of Foxhurst Lane in Humble in reference to an unknown male jumping a fence and possibly attempting to force entry into the residence. The suspect was gone on arrival. However, the homeowner’s security cameras were checked and the unknown male was seen fondling himself while looking into the bedroom window.
While checking past dates on the cameras, it was discovered it was not the first time the suspect had been in the yard. Constable Deputies conducted an investigation and were able to eventually identify Marlon Velasquez (29, Humble) as the suspect.
Also, back on August 16, 2016, an unknown male forced entry into the same residence and entered the complainant’s bedroom. The complainant awoke to an unknown male touching her buttocks. The male then pulled up his pants and fled. As a result of the evidence gathered from the March 5th incident, Marlon Velasquez was identified as the suspect.
“Marlon Velasquez was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation with intent to commit Sexual Assault for the August 16 incident. His bond is set at $100,000.00 out of the 183rd District Court. He was also charged with Public Lewdness for the March 5th incident. His bond for this charge is $2,000.00 out of County Court #3.” – Precinct Four Constable, Mark Herman
