Local high school students are invited to compete in the Humble Voice Competition for a chance to sing alongside celebrities at the 2020 Humble Rodeo & BBQ Cook-Off.
The Humble Voice is co-presented by the City of Humble and the Humble Rodeo & Cook-Off.
Round 1 auditions are at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2020 at Charles Bender Performing Arts Center. The competition is open to all Humble ISD high school students. Round 1 is closed to public audience and participants will perform a cappella. Registration on site. 10 finalists will be chosen to move on to the Final Round.
Final Round is at 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Humble Civic Center where the 10 finalists will compete. Participants must provide their own music on a flash drive and arrive by 3 p.m. for sound check.
Tickets for Final Round are $10 and may be purchased online at www.humblepac.com or at the Humble Civic Center.
Two Final Round winners will be chosen to perform during celebrity concerts at the Humble Rodeo in February 2020.
