A 20-year-old man from Atascocita was arrested over the weekend for allegedly shooting at another vehicle after a road rage incident.
According to reports from PCT 4, on June 9, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18000 block of Crescent Royale Way in Atascocita in reference to a drive-by shooting.
Upon deputies arriving, the complainant advised she was driving on Will Clayton Parkway when a truck repeatedly attempted to cut her off and stop her. The driver of the truck then blocked her in at Crescent Royal Way. The suspect got out of his vehicle, pointed and fired a short barrel rifle towards her before she was able to flee the location.
Constable Deputies searched the area and located the suspect walking away from the described truck. The suspect was identified as Carlito Price (20, Atascocita) and was found to be in possession of the prohibited rifle.
Price is currently being held in the Harris County Jail on $100,000 bond.
