Duties include but are not limited to:
•Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
•Property research and coordination of documentation with office Broker.
•Input all necessary information into client database, and management systems.
•Manage & update agent website(s), social media and online listings.
•Office management and general clerical duties

•Task-oriented with organizational skills that include the ability to work independently, adapt to a fast paced environment and quickly prioritize assignments.
•Time management skills that include strategic problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are very important and must be professional and courteous at all times.
•Individual must possess knowledge of all current Microsoft software and have strong computer skills.
