Highland Homes seeking part-time sales assistant (27 hrs per week) to work with Sales Counselor at our Valley Ranch Community located at Grand Parkway and Highway 59 North. Primarily responsible for meet-and-greet of visitors and processing paperwork associated with sales and closings. (Training will be provided).
Must have Strong work ethic, ability to meet-and-greet visitors comfortably, be punctual, a self-starter and team player. Must be willing to work some weekends if required and in other sales communities on an as-needed basis.
Technical skills required are MS Word and Excel. Real Estate Experience a plus.
